• Shake well before use.
• First Aid Dose: 1 tablespoon (10ml), 3-4 times daily
• Daily skin maintenance: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1-3 times daily
• Preventative Dose: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1-3 times daily
• Children 2-6 years: 1/4 the recommended adult dose |  6-12 years: 1/2 the recommended adult dose
