How To Use:
- Turn on by pressing the "ON/INC" button.
- Adjust modes by pressing the "PROGRAM" button.
- Increase intensity by pressing the "ON/INC" button
- Decrease intensity by pressing the "OFF/DEC" button.
Attention:

If you can't feel anything, press the "ON/INC" button to increase the intensity. At low intensity or when changing modes, you may not feel anything, but it's still working.

Use the low frequency setting for 15 minutes at a time, 2-3 times a day. If you use it for a long time or feel a stronger impulse, you may feel tired afterwards.

Wait at least 30 minutes after eating before using. It's best to use after showering or washing with warm water.

Clean the gel pad with water and let it dry naturally when it becomes dirty and loses its stickiness.

- For products dispatched from Auckland office is normally overnight in Auckland area, and an extra day to reach other areas in the North Island. It takes 2 - 3 working day to arrive in the South Island and longer to a rural address.
- For items shipped directly from supplier is usually around 10 - 12 working days at the moment to Lockdown. It will be delivered by Courierpost once landing in NZ.
